Sith Lord
Mine would be a tie between Darth Maul and darth
vader. Maul would'v survived if that Obi-Wan did
not hang on to that block thing.

Palpatine
Palpatine. In the Comic Book, "Evil Empire", it
was revealed that Palpatine had became immortal
by using the force to suck his consiousness out
of his body just before death, and implanting it
into a clone of himself.

Darth Vader
Darth Vader is the best sith lord.
